RMS-099 or MSA-099 Rick Dias

These two models are simply different colorschemes of the same mobile suit: The Rick Dias. Produced by the Anti Earth Union Group, or AEUG, this mobile suit was the mainstay unit during the war between the three superpowers of the time: The AEUG, the Titans (an elite group of the Earth Federation military), and Axis (the remnants of the Principality of Zeon, with their home base being the mobile asteroid Axis). The Rick Dias is highly maneuverable for such a bulky machine, and carries a variety of weapons.

The Rick Dias' armor is a new material codenamed "Gundarium Gamma", which is a composit designed by engineers from the Zeon remnants on Axis. Manufactured by the leading (and really the only) mobile suit company, Anaheim Electronics, this machine was originally going to be called "Gundam Gamma", but its design was more reminiscent of Zeon mobile suits, so the name was changed.

The armaments of the Rick Dias are as follows: 2-barrel 55 mm AMS in the head, one beam saber stored on the rear skirt armor, 2 beam pistols, stored on the back (those two antenna things behind the head are their barrels), and a clip-fed "clay bazooka". The two finlike pieces on the back are called "random binders", which are modular thrusters that carry their own propelant inside. The large fuel capacity of the Rick Dias means that it can be used on extremely long missions, such as covert ops and perimeter scouting.

The red variant of the Rick Dias was originally the suit piloted by Quattro Bajina, who was in fact Char Aznable (who was in fact Casval Rem Deikun) in disguise. After he switched mobile suits to a newer model, this color became the primary paintjob used by the AEUG.
