MS-09H Dowadge Reinforcement

Description

Despite the One-Year-War ending and the Principality of Zeon fleeing to the asteroid belt, several independent Zeon military units remained on Earth, maintaining their mobile suits as best they could for the day they would again try to conquer the world. One unit stationed in Africa, not far from the Federation capital of Dakar, was the unit lead by "Desert" Rommel. His unit consisted of mainly undertrained civilians, and only had a few Desert-type Zakus and Dowadges to pilot. Over the years, the unit continued to maintain and even modify their mobile suits, with Rommel's own MS-09G Dowadge being one of these. by the time of the first Neo-Zeon war, the Dowadge had been rebuilt and modified into the Dowadge Reinforcement Type.

The Dowadge Reinforcement Type is a definite step up from the standard MS-09G Dowadge. Its armor, mobility, and firepower have all been upgraded over the years. Two large thrusters have been added to the back of its shoulder armor, and an extra air intake vent has been built into the front skirt armor. Sprouting from the back of its head are two spine-like communication antennas, suitable for a command unit. The scattering beam gun in its torso has been improved somewhat, and the previously four vulcan guns in the head have been reduced to just two, but with more power. As its main weapon, the Dowadge Reinforcement Type carries a large and powerful beam cannon.

Despite all of its improvements and modifications, the Dowadge Reinforcement Type was still inferior to most modern mobile suits, and both the Dowadge and Rommel himself were destroyed at the hands of the ZZ Gundam.

Heh, this is a Dom Tropen with better shoulders and head guns. ;)  You forgot to mention the mighty Heat Tomahawk! :)  I would love to see a HG kit of this Dowadge. There was only an old MSV model from back in the day.
