Okay, so I'll admit that I don't really hate the Project Phoenix version of this 'mech, but the original was pretty bad. I simply cannot stand the idea of a 'mech with such useless arms. They didn't have weapons in them, but they didn't have hands either, and since battlemechs have powerful mechanical gyroscopes to keep them upright, the arms wouldn't serve as counter-swinging masses to aid in balance when running.

So I gave it hands.
